Our  crew repaired alot of of structural wood repair included replacing 15 feet of rim joist and plate, 46 feet of sill plate, and 22 feet of center beam to restore the main structural framework. We also installed 27 full-length floor joists and 19 sister joists to reinforce weakened areas and distribute weight evenly. To complete the project, 120 square feet of subflooring was replaced, providing a solid and level surface above.
