Americrawl installed the AmeriDrain® interior drainage system to capture groundwater and direct it to the SuperSump® pump station for reliable removal. The CleanSpace® encapsulation system was applied across the crawl space floor and walls to create a durable moisture barrier, while a Sedona® dehumidifier was added to maintain healthy humidity levels year-round.
Our team also replaced the compromised center beam, restoring the structural integrity of the home. All affected wood surfaces were treated with a professional mold remover to eliminate existing growth and prevent recurrence.
