To address water management, Americrawl installed the AmeriDrain® interior drainage system in the crawl space. This system diverts groundwater and directs it to the home’s sump pump and discharges away from the home.
Next, our skilled technicians replaced damaged sections of floor joists and sill plates . All repairs were completed to meet or exceed building standards, ensuring the home’s foundation framing was strong and secure.
For long-term protection, we applied Tim-bor® spray treatment to all wood surfaces.
