We began by installing the AmeriDrain crawl space drainage system, designed to capture groundwater and surface seepage along the perimeter before it can pool under the home. This system channels collected water directly to the sump basin for removal.
To handle this water efficiently, we installed the AmeriSump sump station, a durable and high-performance pump system with a sealed liner and powerful discharge capability to move water away from the foundation.
To further protect the crawl space from ground moisture, we installed a vapor barrier across the floor. This layer helps reduce humidity levels, and create a cleaner, more stable environment beneath the home.
