This customer reached out to Americrawl after experiencing persistent water intrusion and moisture buildup in their basement, especially during heavy rains. Over time, water seepage had begun to affect the basement walls and flooring, creating concerns about long-term damage, and the overall usability of the space.

After a full inspection by one of our waterproofing specialists, Americrawl recommended the installation of our industry-leading AkwaGuard® basement drainage system—a permanent solution specifically engineered to manage groundwater and prevent future flooding.

The AkwaGuard® system was installed along the interior perimeter of the basement foundation. This highly effective system collects water that seeps through the walls or floor joints and channels it directly to a sump pump system for safe discharge away from the home’s foundation. The design of the AkwaGuard® system ensures minimal disruption to the basement flooring while providing maximum protection against water intrusion.
