Americrawl performed a full mold remediation treatment using Timbor Spray a industry-approved solutions to eliminate microbial growth from the wood framing and surrounding areas. Once the mold was treated, we focused on correcting the source of the moisture by installing a AmerDrain drainage system. This included the placement of a perimeter trench and drainage piping to direct water toward a newly installed sump pump system. The system ensures proper water collection and discharge, preventing future standing water and reducing crawl space humidity long-term.
