Americrawl recently completed a full crawl space encapsulation and drainage system installation for a homeowner seeking long-term moisture control and structural protection. The property had been experiencing signs of excess humidity, musty odors, and standing water in the crawl space. After a thorough inspection, our team recommended a complete encapsulation paired with a reliable interior drainage solution.

To begin, we installed Americrawls AmeriSystem drainage system along the interior perimeter of the crawl space, directing water to a AmeriSump system. This system helps actively manage groundwater intrusion and prevents standing water buildup. Next, we encapsulated the entire crawl space using a Clean Space 20 Mil liner designed to isolate the crawl space from the earth below. The liner was sealed at all seams and securely fastened to the walls and piers to create a clean, dry, and controlled environment. All vents were sealed off, and insulation was installed where necessary to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
