The customer reached out after discovering significant structural wood damage in their home caused by termites. They were concerned about the integrity of key framing components and needed professional assessment and repair to restore the safety and stability of the affected areas.

Solutions provided:

To address structural issues caused by termite damage, our team performed comprehensive repairs to restore the integrity of the affected areas. We installed 26 box header caps to reinforce weakened framing connections and replaced 6 linear feet of sill plate at the front corner, where termite damage had compromised the foundational support. Additionally, we sistered one full floor joist to strengthen its load-bearing capacity and replaced 8 linear feet of the main support beam to ensure long-term stability. These targeted solutions were carefully implemented to restore the structural soundness and safety of the home.
