Solutions provided for this home included the installation of a sump pump with a discharge line to effectively manage groundwater and prevent crawlspace flooding. A 6mil vapor barrier was laid across the crawl space floor to reduce moisture levels. To address structural concerns, 60 feet of 4" steel I-beam was installed to reinforce and support weakened or sagging floor joists. Additionally, SmartJack floor jacks were strategically placed to provide adjustable support and help restore proper leveling to the floor system. Together, these solutions enhanced both the moisture control and structural stability of the home.
