Our crew completed a full crawlspace improvement project beginning with a thorough crawlspace cleanout to remove debris and prepare the area for system installation. Approximately 160 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system was then installed along the crawlspace perimeter to effectively collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. In addition, approximately 1,200 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed to create a continuous vapor barrier, helping to control ground moisture and reduce humidity levels. To further protect the structure, approximately 1,200 square feet of Timbor® Spray was applied to exposed wood surfaces to inhibit mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms. Together, these upgrades provide long-term moisture control, improve air quality, and help preserve the structural integrity of the crawlspace.
