For this crawlspace project, the Americrawl team installed 136 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, one AmeriSump sump station, 1,380 square feet of vapor barrier, 16 feet of sill plate replacement, and 10 floor joist repairs.
The AmeriDrain drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter of the crawlspace to properly capture and redirect groundwater to the newly installed AmeriSump sump system, ensuring long-term moisture control and protection against standing water.
A 1,380 square foot vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor to seal the ground and prevent moisture and vapor intrusion, improving air quality and reducing humidity levels. Structural improvements included 16 feet of sill plate replacement and 10 floor joist repairs to restore the integrity and stability of the home’s foundation support system.
