This project involved addressing a sinking patio corner by installing two Dyna Push Piers. Over time, soil settlement beneath the concrete had caused the corner to drop, creating uneven surfaces and potential structural stress.
Our team installed the Dyna Push Piers beneath the affected section to stabilize and lift the sinking corner, transferring the patio’s weight from unstable soil to a deeper, more stable load-bearing layer. Each pier was carefully driven and pressure-tested to ensure optimal support and long-term stability.
