Job completed for Randy B.
Completion date: February 20, 2006
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
For this crawlspace project, our team installed 148 linear feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system, providing a reliable channel for capturing and directing groundwater safely away from the foundation. To ensure consistent water removal, we also set up a dependable AmeriSump pump station, giving the homeowner peace of mind during heavy rains or rising groundwater conditions.
A brand-new steel crawlspace access door was installed, offering both durability and security while also sealing out outside elements that can lead to moisture problems. Inside the crawlspace, we completed a full installation of 1,200 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system, creating a bright, durable barrier that locks out ground moisture and helps reduce humidity. To further protect the wood components in the crawlspace, a Timbor spray treatment was applied across the same square footage. This step safeguards against mold, mildew, and wood-destroying organisms, helping preserve the integrity of the home’s structure.
