Mr. K called us because his newly purchased home had a damp crawlspace and since he had hired us to work on his previous home, he wanted us to work on his new home.
We installed a partial Ameridrain crawlspace drainage system along with a new sump pump and replaced his crawlspace access door.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
