Completion date: April 22, 2013
Location: Beech Grove, IN
Solutions provided:
The installation team completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and structural improvement project designed to enhance long-term performance and stability. The work included the installation of AmeriDrain interior drainage system along the crawlspace perimeter to intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure, directing water to one SuperSump sump station for efficient discharge away from the home through a dedicated exterior line. To address moisture and humidity, 1,300 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous vapor barrier. In addition, one Sedona dehumidifier was installed to actively control humidity levels and maintain a balanced, dry environment within the crawlspace. Structural wood repairs were also performed to restore integrity to compromised framing members and ensure proper load support. Together, these integrated systems provide effective water management, improved air quality, enhanced structural stability, and a cleaner, healthier crawlspace environment designed for long-term durability.
