Job completed for Joe&Gina B.
Completion date: July 15, 2003
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
The installation team completed the installation of 155 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior crawlspace drainage system along the foundation perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The system was carefully positioned to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow throughout the crawlspace.
To manage the collected water, two (2) AmeriSump sump stations were installed to provide efficient and reliable discharge away from the home through dedicated exterior discharge lines, offering increased capacity and system redundancy. In addition, six crawlspace vent replacements were completed to improve airflow and restore the condition of the existing vent openings.
To further control ground moisture and humidity, a reinforced vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous moisture barrier. Together, these integrated systems provide enhanced water management, improved moisture control, and long-term protection of the crawlspace and foundation.
