Job completed for Virginia B.

Completion date: October 3, 1995

Location: Dennison, IL

Solutions provided:

The installation team completed the installation of 140 linear feet of the AmeriDrain crawlspace drainage system along the foundation perimeter to help capture groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The drainage system was carefully positioned to promote consistent water collection and direct flow toward the sump location.
To manage the collected water, one AmeriSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line. In addition, five crawlspace vent replacements were completed to restore proper ventilation and improve the overall condition of the crawlspace openings. The project was also completed with the replacement of one steel crawlspace access door, providing improved durability, security, and protection at the entry point. Together, these upgrades enhance water management, improve crawlspace functionality, and help protect the home’s foundation and structural components.
