Job completed for Tom&Fritz B.

Completion date: November 26, 2006

Location: Carmel, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and moisture-control installation to protect the home’s foundation and structural components. The project included the installation of 204 linear feet of AmeriDrain® interior drainage system along the crawlspace perimeter to intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The drainage system was configured to promote consistent flow and direct collected water to a newly installed SuperSump® sump station, designed to efficiently discharge water away from the foundation through a dedicated exterior discharge line.
To further control ground moisture and humidity, a reinforced vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous moisture barrier. In addition, Timbor® wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Together, these integrated systems provide reliable water management, enhanced structural protection, and a cleaner, drier crawlspace environment designed for long-term performance.
