Job completed for Garry&Joan B.

Completion date: April 21, 2006

Location: Kokomo, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed 212 linear feet of the AmeriDrain interior crawlspace drainage system to capture groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure along the foundation walls. The system was carefully laid out to promote positive flow toward the sump location and ensure dependable performance. To isolate the crawlspace from earth moisture and improve overall environmental conditions, 1,690 square feet of the CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along the walls and penetrations. The drainage system was directed into a newly installed AmeriSump sump station, designed to efficiently collect and discharge water away from the home’s foundation. Together, these components create a comprehensive moisture-control solution that helps protect structural elements, reduce humidity, and maintain a cleaner, drier crawlspace for the long term.
