our crew started the installation of approximately 712 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system throughout the crawlspace to provide a durable, continuous vapor barrier that helps control moisture, reduce humidity, and protect the structural components of the home. In conjunction with the encapsulation, approximately 712 square feet of timber spray is applied to exposed wood surfaces to help inhibit mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms. In addition, two lintel pours are completed on two separate sections of the foundation where no original footing was present. These concrete lintels are properly formed and poured to create stable load-bearing support, improving structural integrity and reinforcing the affected foundation sections for long-term stability.
