Job completed for David&MaryAnn B.

Completion date: October 11, 2012

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

This project involves installing a complete interior basement drainage and moisture-control system to manage groundwater intrusion and protect the foundation.
The scope of work includes the installation of 57 linear feet of AkwaGuard interior basement drainage system along the affected perimeter. This system is designed to capture seepage at the cove joint and channel water efficiently to the sump station, preventing basement floor and wall moisture issues.
A SuperSump sump station will be installed as the primary water-management unit. The system includes a high-capacity pump, airtight lid, and liner, providing reliable water removal and improved basement dryness.
To address wall moisture and direct any seepage into the drainage system, 57 linear feet of CleanSpace Wall liner will be installed on the interior basement walls. This durable vapor barrier helps prevent moisture transmission, reflects light for a brighter basement, and works in tandem with the drainage system to guide water downward into the AkwaGuard channel.
