Job completed for Mary Ann B.
Completion date: August 11, 2003
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
This project includes installing a crawl-space drainage and moisture-control system to improve water management and protect the home’s foundation.
Work consists of installing 92 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the interior perimeter of the crawl space. This system is designed to capture groundwater and direct it toward the proper discharge point, helping prevent pooling and moisture buildup beneath the home.
A total of 575 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier will be installed across the crawl-space floor. The liner will be overlapped, sealed, and secured to create an effective moisture barrier that reduces humidity, prevents vapor intrusion, and improves overall crawl-space conditions.
The project also includes installing one new crawl-space access door, along with a new area well to ensure proper exterior drainage and maintain safe, easy access to the crawl space.
