Job completed for B.A. B.
Completion date: October 10, 2000
Location: Anderson, IN
Solutions provided:
This project included a combination of structural wood repairs and crawl space waterproofing upgrades. Our team replaced 30 feet of rim joist and plate, completed 18 feet of sill plate repair, and installed 1 sister joist to reinforce weakened structural framing.
To address moisture intrusion, we installed 138 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the crawl space perimeter, directing groundwater into one AmeriSump sump station for reliable water removal.
The moisture control system was further improved with 900 square feet of vapor barrier, providing a sealed moisture barrier across the crawl space floor. Additionally, seven crawl space vent replacements were installed to improve ventilation and overall system efficiency.
