This project included the installation of 150 feet of AmeriDrain Crawl Space Drainage System, designed to effectively manage groundwater and prevent moisture buildup beneath the home. A SuperSump sump station with an UltraSump battery backup system was installed to provide reliable water removal, even during power outages.
The crew completed 1,200 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system, fully sealing the crawl space to create a clean, dry, and energy-efficient environment. A Sedona dehumidifier was installed for long-term humidity control. A new steel crawl space access door was added for improved entry and protection.
Structural repairs included 35 feet of sill plate replacement, 28 feet of center beam repair, 24 full-length floor joist replacements, and 28 box header caps for enhanced floor stability. The team also applied Foster Full Defense Mold Paint to all treated wood surfaces to prevent future mold growth and preserve structural integrity.
