Job completed for Lourence B.

Completion date: June 27, 1997

Location: Southport, IN

Solutions provided:

Americrawl completed a full crawl space improvement project designed to address water intrusion and structural deficiencies. The installation included 138 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system and one AmeriSump sump station to efficiently capture and remove groundwater from the crawl space, preventing future moisture buildup.
To further protect the area, 1,289 square feet of vapor barrier was installed, creating a clean, sealed surface that prevents ground moisture from entering the airspace. Additionally, six new crawl space vent replacements were installed to improve airflow and maintain proper ventilation.
Structural reinforcement was also performed, including 36 feet of sill plate repair and 26 sistered floor joists, strengthening the floor framing system and restoring stability to the home’s foundation.
