Americrawl performed comprehensive structural wood repairs to restore the integrity and stability of the floor system. The work included replacing 18 feet of damaged rim joist and plate, along with 12 feet of deteriorated sill plate to ensure a solid perimeter foundation connection.
Additionally, six sister joists were installed to reinforce weakened floor joists, improving overall floor support and reducing deflection. The project also included 450 square feet of subfloor replacement, providing a stable and level surface for the flooring above.
