Americrawl completed a series of structural wood repairs to reinforce and stabilize the home’s crawl space framing system. The project included the replacement of 10 feet of rim joist and plate and 23 feet of sill plate due to signs of deterioration and moisture damage.
Additionally, technicians installed 8 sister joists to strengthen existing floor joists and provide added support to the flooring system. 5 box header caps were also replaced to restore the integrity of the load-bearing sections along the perimeter walls.
