We installed 135 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System to provide superior groundwater management and keep the crawl space dry. To further protect against moisture, the area was encapsulated with 1,330 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation, creating a durable seal that improves air quality and prevents mold growth.
For structural reinforcement, our team installed a 4-foot wood helper beam beneath the furnace, addressing weak points and ensuring proper load distribution. To stabilize and support the beam, we added two adjustable SmartJack posts, which allow precise height adjustments and long-term structural stability.
