We had Americrawl give us an estimate today on some basement problems we are having and let me just say that it was a very pleasant experience. Mark Jennings was the estimator and he really impressed us with his honesty and knowledge. It was refreshing to do business with a company that has integrity and still cares about the customer and not just the bottom line. We would definitely use them again.

Mark inspected the property and proposed the following repairs: - 20-foot sill plate - 6-foot 4-inch steel beam - 15 sister joists, each 4 feet 7 inches long - 2 SmartJacks Michael agreed to the foundation repair costs and scheduled the work to be completed. The installation team, led by Foreman Celeo, arrived and installed the two SmartJacks along with 6 feet of the 4-inch steel beam. The SmartJacks and steel beam successfully lifted the sagging floors. With the replaced sill plate and sister joists in place, the floors are now stabilized.
