Full service. Highly recommend. Easy business. Crawlspace encapsulation looked well done in a timely manner when I had water infiltration issues.

We had mold in our basement. Americrawl did an amazing job with our crawlspace. I would highly recommend them to do a great job!

Comment: Our house is built on a hill and different sides of the house have had problems. We have had Americrawl address each of these problems over a period of 15 years. Their most recent was October 2024 to stabilize an interior foundation wall that had a serious crack. They installed 7 piers and strapped the wall, recementing the floor where holes had been dug for the piers. The work was done in good time and executed very well.

When I was buying a new home and the home inspector completely missed the failed perimeter drain system in the crawl space, I called around and received 3 bids to repair/replace it and encapsulate the crawl space. I had questions and doubts about the other quotes, including the one from the company that had installed the now failed system. They denied that it had failed, despite the obvious standing water and the presence of lots of mud! Daniel from Americrawl provided a solution that made sense and a bid that was reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the timeliness and the quality of the work done. My HVAC contractor said I could now live in that crawl space, it's so clean and beautiful!. I highly recommend Americrawl.

He showed up exactly when he said he would. Assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly with our sump pump. I am truly happy that I called them.

My family is so grateful for the Americrawl team and their hard work and dedication over a full week of repairing our sump and waterproofing our basement walls with the Clean Safe Material. Went with americrawl last fall to encapsulate my crawl space.My floors were so cold in the winter months and we were so happy to have an inspector that was so knowledgable and who could recommend the right work. The work was done quick. There was a considerable difference when the work was done. So happy we got it done and would recommend

We had Daniel come out to quote our crawl space repair that was damaged from a tree falling through the foundation. This shook the house to break several floor joists. We had over 100 floor joists and 2 center beams replaced. The crew was on time and very professional. They were very meticulous with their work. I would highly recommend this FAMILY owned, LOCAL company to come out. They will provide better work at better prices than the larger foundation companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Americrawl did and excellent job on encapsulating my crawl space. My home was a flipped house and the flippers filled in the basement improperly. Americrawl made it right and in doing so added value to my home. I Would recommend you give them a call if you are looking for crawl space work.

Clay checked the sump pump to see if it was working properly. He also inspected the crawl space for moisture and reported his findings to me. Personable.
