Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace restoration and structural support project. The work began with a thorough crawlspace cleanout, removing debris and unwanted materials to prepare the area for the restoration work. The crew installed 286 square feet of CleanSpace to help control moisture and protect the crawlspace from soil moisture and humidity. In addition, 286 square feet of Timbor Spray was applied to the accessible wood components to help address moisture-related fungal growth and protect the structural wood. As part of the structural improvements, our expert crew completed one lintel footing pour to provide additional support beneath the affected structural area. Together, these improvements help create a cleaner, drier, and more structurally supported crawlspace while helping protect the home's foundation and framing from moisture-related deterioration.
