Job completed for Tony B

Completion date: October 25, 2010

Location: Noblesville, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing, moisture-control, and structural repair project. The work included the installation of 182 linear feet of AmeriDrain to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation and help prevent standing water and moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one SuperSump sump pump system to provide reliable removal of collected groundwater. To address structural concerns, our expert crew replaced 6 linear feet of sill plate along with 18 linear feet of rim joist and plate, restoring deteriorated structural components and helping improve the overall support of the floor system. The project also included 1,652 square feet of Timbor Spray applied to the accessible wood components to help address moisture-related fungal growth and protect the structural wood. Finally, the crew installed 1,652 square feet of 6-mil black vapor barrier to reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and help control humidity within the crawlspace. These improvements provide enhanced drainage, structural support, and moisture control while helping protect the home's foundation and floor system.
