Job completed for Joly B
Completion date: May 7, 2004
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
Our expert crew installed 205 linear feet of AmeriDrain throughout the crawlspace to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation and help prevent standing water and ongoing moisture intrusion. The project also included the installation of a new crawlspace access area well, providing improved and more secure access to the crawlspace while helping protect the entry area from water infiltration. To efficiently manage collected groundwater, our expert crew installed one AmeriSump sump pump system, providing a reliable discharge point for the newly installed drainage system. In addition, the crew installed 2,126 square feet of vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor and walls to reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil, helping create a cleaner, drier, and more controlled crawlspace environment. The completed system provides comprehensive moisture management and helps protect the home's foundation, structural components, and indoor air quality from the damaging effects of excessive crawlspace humidity and groundwater.
