Our expert crew completed a full crawlspace restoration by performing a thorough crawlspace cleanout, removing debris and organic materials to prepare the area for a complete moisture management system. Once the crawlspace was cleaned, we installed 170 linear feet of the AmeriDrain interior drainage system to capture groundwater and direct it to a newly installed SuperSump sump pump system. This combination provides dependable water removal, relieves hydrostatic pressure beneath the crawlspace, and helps prevent standing water and future moisture intrusion. To further protect the home, our team applied Timbor wood treatment to 830 square feet of exposed framing and structural lumber. This professional borate-based treatment helps protect against mold, mildew, wood-decaying fungi, and wood-destroying insects, preserving the integrity of the crawlspace structure. To complete the project, we installed 830 square feet of CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation, creating a durable moisture barrier that isolates the crawlspace from ground moisture and excess humidity. The encapsulation system works together with the drainage system and SuperSump pump to improve air quality, reduce musty odors, increase energy efficiency, and protect the home's structural components from moisture-related damage. This comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and encapsulation system provides the homeowner with a clean, dry, and healthy crawlspace that is built for long-term performance and peace of mind.
