The installation team completed the installation of two SmartJack adjustable support posts beneath the existing center beam to address settlement and restore proper structural support. The center beam had experienced downward movement due to inadequate support, resulting in floor deflection and reduced load-bearing performance.

Each SmartJack was installed on a properly prepared engineered base and precisely adjusted to transfer structural loads to stable bearing material below. The support posts were positioned beneath the center beam to help lift and stabilize the affected area, improve load distribution, and reduce excessive floor movement.
