Job completed for Phillip B

Completion date: May 8, 2008

Location: Sharpsville, IN

Solutions provided:

The installation team completed the installation of 118 linear feet of the AkwaGuard basement interior drainage system along the foundation perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure before water can enter the basement. The system was carefully installed at the footing level within a perimeter trench to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow toward the sump location. To manage the collected water, one AmeriSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge groundwater away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line. For added protection and system reliability, one UltraSump battery backup system was integrated with the sump station to provide continued operation during power outages or primary pump failure, helping to safeguard the basement during severe weather conditions. To further improve basement conditions, one Sedona dehumidifier was installed to actively regulate humidity levels and maintain a dry, healthy environment. Additionally, 118 linear feet of CleanSpace wall system was installed along the foundation walls to help direct wall seepage into the drainage system while creating a cleaner, brighter, and more finished appearance. Together, these integrated components provide comprehensive groundwater management, humidity control, and long-term basement protection.
