The installation team completed the installation of 1,006 square feet of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to help isolate the crawlspace from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels beneath the home. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous and durable moisture barrier, helping protect structural components and improve overall crawlspace conditions. In conjunction with the encapsulation system, 1,006 square feet of Timbor wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Additionally, three (3) sister joists were installed alongside existing floor joists to reinforce weakened framing members and improve load distribution within the floor system. Together, these improvements provide enhanced moisture control, added structural reinforcement, and long-term protection for the crawlspace and supporting structural components.
