Job completed for Neal B
Completion date: July 22, 2010
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
The installation team completed the installation of 18 linear feet of J-Drain French drain system to help manage exterior groundwater and reduce moisture accumulation near the foundation. The drainage system was carefully positioned to promote proper water collection and positive flow away from the structure. In addition, two downspouts were installed or extended to improve roof runoff management and direct water a safe distance away from the foundation, helping to minimize soil saturation and moisture intrusion around the home. The project also included one concrete lintel pour within the crawlspace to reinforce and stabilize the affected structural opening. The lintel was properly formed and installed to provide improved load distribution and long-term structural support. Together, these improvements enhance both water management and foundation stability.
