The installation team completed the installation of 765 square feet of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to effectively isolate the area from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation walls and penetrations to create a continuous and durable moisture barrier, helping protect structural components and improve the overall crawlspace environment.
In addition, a concrete lintel was poured to reinforce and protect the foundation at the affected opening. The lintel was properly formed and installed to ensure adequate load transfer and structural support, helping restore stability and prevent further movement in the area. Together, these improvements provide enhanced moisture control and structural reinforcement for long-term performance.
