The installation team completed the installation of 1,137 square feet of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to effectively isolate the area from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels beneath the home. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces and penetrations to create a continuous and durable moisture barrier, helping protect structural components and improve overall air quality.
The project also included a full crawlspace cleanout, removing all debris and organic materials to create a clean, serviceable environment. One Turtle crawlspace access cover was installed to provide a durable, weather-resistant entry point while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulated system. In addition, the dryer vent was reinstalled to ensure proper ventilation and safe exhaust of moisture and lint to the exterior. Together, these improvements enhance moisture control, accessibility, and overall crawlspace performance.
