The installation team completed the installation of 13 downspout extensions at the apartment complex to improve exterior water management and help direct roof runoff away from the building foundations. A total of 453 linear feet of extension piping was installed and properly routed to carry water a safe distance away from the structures.
Each downspout extension was securely connected to the existing gutter downspouts and positioned to promote positive drainage away from the buildings. This improvement helps reduce water accumulation near the foundation, minimize soil saturation around the structures, and lower the risk of moisture intrusion or foundation-related issues over time.
