Indiana homeowner contacted us to repair a wet crawlspace and restore the
structural integrity beneath their home. Our team installed 1,144 square feet
of CleanSpace® vapor barrier to fully encapsulate the crawl space, creating a
moisture barrier designed to control humidity, help prevent mold growth, and
improve overall indoor air quality. To address structural concerns, we
reinforced the foundation with a new 26-foot center wood beam, replaced two
full floor joists, and installed five SmartJack® support posts to stabilize and
lift sagging floors. These crawl space repair solutions not only protect
against moisture intrusion but also provide long-term structural support,
creating a healthier, stronger, and more energy-efficient home.
