Our crew installed approximately 150 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to effectively collect and redirect groundwater along the crawlspace perimeter, helping to prevent water intrusion and manage subsurface moisture. The drainage system was tied into one AmeriSump sump pump station, providing reliable and efficient water removal with proper discharge away from the foundation. In addition, one steel crawlspace access door was installed to provide secure, durable, and convenient entry to the crawlspace area. To further control moisture conditions, approximately 1,236 square feet of vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor, reducing ground moisture evaporation and helping to maintain lower humidity levels. Together, these upgrades improve moisture management, protect structural components, and contribute to a cleaner, drier, and more stable crawlspace environment.
