Job completed for Randy B.
Completion date: April 26, 2007
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
Our crew installed approximately 80 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to manage and redirect groundwater away from the crawlspace. The system was connected to one SuperSump sump pump to provide dependable and efficient water removal. In addition, approximately 1,116 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed to create a continuous vapor barrier, helping to control moisture, reduce humidity, and protect the crawlspace environment. One new crawlspace access door was installed to provide secure and convenient entry. Timbor® spray was applied to exposed wood surfaces to help inhibit mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms. The project also included the installation of one poured concrete pad to create a stable, properly supported bearing surface. Collectively, these improvements enhance moisture control, structural support, and long-term durability of the crawlspace system.
