Serving Indiana Since 1993

Job completed for Randy B.

Completion date: July 25, 1994

Location: Wanamaker, IN

Solutions provided:

Our crew installed approximately 136 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to effectively collect and redirect groundwater along the crawlspace perimeter, tying the system into one AmeriSump sump pump installation for reliable water removal and discharge away from the home. In addition, nine crawlspace vents were replaced to improve durability, ventilation control, and overall appearance. A new steel crawlspace access door was installed to provide secure, long-lasting entry to the crawlspace area. The project also included structural wood repairs to address deteriorated framing members, restoring proper support and reinforcing the affected areas. Together, this work improves moisture management, strengthens structural integrity, and enhances the long-term performance and protection of the crawlspace and foundation system.
