Our crew installed approximately 300 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a durable and continuous moisture barrier within the crawlspace, helping to reduce ground moisture and control overall humidity levels. As part of the project, insulation was installed in the floor joist cavities to improve energy efficiency, reduce heat loss, and support more consistent indoor comfort throughout the home. In addition, Timbor Spray was professionally applied to exposed wood surfaces to help inhibit mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms. This treatment adds an extra layer of protection to the framing components, supporting long-term durability. Collectively, these upgrades improve moisture control, enhance thermal performance, and help preserve the structural integrity and overall condition of the crawlspace and floor system.
