Our crew installed nine DynaPier push piers at the garage and at a corner of the crawlspace to address foundation settlement and stabilize the affected foundation walls. Each push pier was hydraulically driven deep into the ground until stable, load-bearing soil or bedrock was reached, ensuring a solid and reliable support point. Once proper depth and resistance were achieved, the piers were securely bracketed to the existing foundation walls to transfer the structural load away from unstable soils. This process is designed to permanently halt further movement and prevent additional settlement or structural damage.
The DynaPier system provides long-term stabilization to the garage and crawlspace foundation walls, helping to restore structural integrity and improve overall performance of the foundation. This work reduces the risk of future cracking, shifting, or misalignment and offers a durable, permanent solution to protect the home from ongoing foundation movement.
