Job completed for John B.

Completion date: February 28, 2001

Location: Fishers, IN

Solutions provided:

Our crew installed approximately 80 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the foundation perimeter to efficiently collect, manage, and redirect groundwater away from the crawlspace. The drainage system was properly integrated into one AmeriSump sump pump station, providing dependable and high-capacity water removal to safely discharge water away from the home. In addition, approximately 576 square feet of durable vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor to limit ground moisture evaporation and reduce overall humidity levels. The vapor barrier was carefully laid out and secured to ensure consistent coverage and long-term performance. Together, these upgrades improve moisture control, help protect structural components from water-related damage, and contribute to a cleaner, drier, and more stable crawlspace environment.
