Our team expertly
addressed the customer’s wet crawlspace in Kokomo, Indiana by delivering a
comprehensive crawl space repair and moisture control solution tailored to
lasting protection. The project included the installation of 202 linear feet of
AmeriSystem 5000 drainage system to effectively capture and redirect
groundwater, paired with a SuperSump sump pump to remove collected water and
prevent future flooding. To create an airtight, waterproof environment that
controls humidity and improves indoor air quality, we installed 1,628 square
feet of CleanSpace® encapsulation, sealing the crawlspace from ground moisture
and vapor intrusion. Finally, we applied 1,628 square feet of Timbor Spray to
all exposed wood surfaces, providing long-lasting protection against mold and
mildew. This integrated approach reflects
