We provided a comprehensive crawl space repair and waterproofing solution to address the customer’s wet crawlspace in Kokomo, Indiana, installing 138 linear feet of AmeriSystem 5000 drainage system to manage groundwater and prevent moisture intrusion. To remove collected water efficiently, we installed one SuperSump® sump pump system, designed specifically for wet crawl spaces and integrated with the encapsulation components for reliable long-term performance. The crawl space was then fully sealed with 1,110 square feet of CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation, creating a continuous vapor barrier that controls humidity, improves air quality, and helps protect structural elements from mold and rot. We also installed a dehumidifier for ongoing moisture control and humidity management, replaced an area well, and performed a lintel footer pour to reinforce the crawl space support.
